Camping Information

  • OPEN – The Main Gate opens for campers on Friday June 23rd at 9 am and closes on Sunday June 25th at 9 pm.
  • Each Camping spot is approximately  20 foot by 20 foot in size and will be marked. Camping is first come first choice.
  • CELL NUMBER – Make sure your cell number is written on the Camping Vehicle Pass which you should place in your vehicle’s window.
  • RE-ENTRY – After you have made it through Camping Registration at the entry gate, and everyone has a wristband in your RV or Car you must proceed to your designated camping area. You will be allowed to park in Designated Parking areas close to your camping area for convenience. When coming and going from Hopefest camping areas you must not stop and park along road, please proceed off grounds and upon return go directly to camping area. Vehicles left on grounds unattended will be towed. No Exceptions.
  • PARKING – All vehicles can be parked on campsites. If you can not fit your car inside of your campsite you must park the car in designated Parking areas or buy an additional parking pass for your vehicle so that it fits in your area..
  • BOUNDARIES – Please stay within your marked boundaries. Markers and or paint is placed on the outside of your sites. If you need to purchase another site, you may need to move to a different location. So Please plan accordingly to make sure everything fits inside the camping area you have chosen.
  • RV’S and Campers are located in a different area then the tent campers. We will also have an area for RV’S that wish to have tents set up as well. Please call if you have any specific camping questions.
  • All RV or Campers over 20 feet in length need a double camping pass.
  • Campsite prices are for the full Hopefest Christian Music Festival event.
  • Volunteers campers may check in on Early on June 22nd after 9 am,
  • Campers are not allowed to set up after 10:00 pm out of respect for fellow campers.
  • We will strictly enforce Camping and Parking regulations and we will try to call you at the phone number listed on the pass in the window. If we can not reach you your vehicle will be towed.
  • Campers can purchase Ice and supplies at the Hopefest Store.
  • Bathrooms ( Porta Potties) are available on-grounds. These are cleaned daily.
  • Water/Sanitary hookups are not available on grounds.
  • Generators are allowed as long as they are equipped with a muffler and must be turned off from Midnight to 8:00 am. We reserve the right to ask you to turn off your generator if it is bothering your neighbors.
  • Hopefest may need to relocate campsites based on ground conditions.
  • Tickets and camping passes are non-refundable.
  • Hopefest is a rain or shine event.

Things not allowed on Hopefest Grounds.

  • Being noisy, disruptive or destructive.
  • Dump gray water on the ground.
  • Leave your garbage behind.
  • Have an open fire .
  • Park or camp in a site you didn’t pay for.
  • Wear immodest clothing or swimsuits in public.
  • No Pets
  • Purchase a campsite for a group under the age of 18. At least one member of the group must be 18.
  • No firearms, alcohol, illegal drugs or fireworks.
